Figueira Helipad in Piracicaba (SP) was developed to serve Klabin’s corporate operations, functioning as a strategic hub for logistics and air transport.

 

With a complete lighting system comprising 24 elevated and 24 in‑pavement luminaires, the helipad ensures ideal visibility for landings and takeoffs, even under nighttime and low‑visibility conditions.

 

The infrastructure includes a dedicated taxiway, which enhances operational flow and facilitates safe positioning of aircraft. The installed luminaires are highly durable and weather‑resistant, strictly meeting applicable standards and offering significant reductions in energy and maintenance costs.

 

This modern infrastructure provides Klabin with maximum safety, logistical efficiency, and agility in corporate air transport, aligned with current industrial demands.

Monte Alegre Airport underwent a broad upgrade of its lighting system, raising safety and operational efficiency standards to meet national and international civil‑aviation regulations.

 

The project included installation of modern LED luminaires, replacing old equipment with more durable, economical, and low‑maintenance solutions, ensuring better visibility for takeoffs and landings, even under nighttime and low‑visibility conditions.

 

PAPI systems were implemented at runway thresholds, providing accurate visual information on approach angle. In addition, the airport received a rotating beacon, vertical signage in line with regulatory standards, and standardized pavement markings.

 

With a runway 1,800 meters long by 30 meters wide, these improvements expanded operational capacity, promoting greater efficiency and favorable conditions for economic and logistical development in the region.
